@Павел The post is indeed helpful. It'd be great if the writer improves the tone. Sentences like the following

It's a shame to have a team member who is hardly achieving 50 % of their potential.

will always be very hard on readers.

What I observed is that the a few metrics are better than too many in a process. If a project manager or a senior engineer adds several metrics to have better results then I am afraid it will lead to micro-management of the staff. This may result in failures.

I am totally agree with you. You need to use only metrics that you can process without prejudice to other areas.
