Novokuznetsk-based Russian startup Scanform will get 4 million rubles (around $51,000) for further development and integration of the industrial hardware and software systems of computer vision. It will be used for digitizing geometries of physical objects. The company won a competition as a part of the “Start-1” program by FASIE.

Scanform has been operating since 2020 and became a resident of the “Skolkovo” fund in 2021. According to the press-center of the Kemerovo Oblast, Scanform provided at the contest the best handheld laser 3D scanner for digitizing physical objects and precision controls of details and components.

The FASIE “Start” program is focused on supporting the growth of Russian tech companies, small and middle-sized enterprises. The grants are used for development of new science-related products, putting them on the market and expansion of already existing manufacturing structures.
