This machine is designed to meet the demands for mass production, allowing for 24-hour printing with a wide selection of consumables. Among the smart features of the device are a heated build chamber with dynamic door opening, a sliding heated build plate, auto bed leveling, dual gear filament driver, continuous printing mode, Vacuum System. The Industrial X boasts an innovative cooling system. The Hot and Cold Technology with two internal heat sources ensures stable operating temperatures around 80 °C. The other elements of the machine will get no excess burden, which results in the prolonged lifespan of its parts and thus the whole 3D printer.
The build volume of the Industrial X is 200 x 200 x 400 mm, with the chamber actively heated up to 70 °C. The minimum layer height stands at 50 microns, while the printhead travel speed reaches 500 mm/s. Among the supported materials are PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, PETG, PVA, TPU, TPE, PA, PA Carbon, PMMA, and other consumables. The filament diameters for WASP ZEN X and FLEX extruders are 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm respectively.
