The rules of the Online Career Fest event on Habr Career
By submitting an application in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, a participant in the Online Career Fest event on Habr Career accepts the terms of these Rules in full and enters into an agreement with the Event Organizer to participate in the Event.
1.General provisions
1.1 The Habr Career Online Fest event (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is an online event held in accordance with these Rules among an unspecified group of people.
1.2 To participate in the Event, you must submit an application for participation in the form posted on the Internet at https://fest.habr.io //, as well as register in the Habr Career service, located at: https://career.habr.com /.
1.3 The event includes various online activities.
1.4 The Participants of the Event are informed on the Internet at https://fest.habr.io / and by e-mail of the participants.

3. Dates of the Event:
3.1 The total duration of the Event is from November 1 to November 30, 2025.
3.2 The period for accepting applications for participation in the Event is from November 1 to November 30, 2025.
4. Requirements for the participants of the Event, the rights and obligations of the participants and the Organizer.4.1 The requirements for the participants of the Event apply to the participants of the activities within the framework of the Event.
4.2 The participants of the Event may be adult capable individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens.
4.3 The Participant of the Event has the right:
4.3.1 Get acquainted with the Rules of the Event;
4.3.2 Get acquainted with information about the results of the Event;
4.4 The Participant of the Event must comply with the Rules of the Event;
4.5 The Organizer of the Event enjoys all the rights provided for by these Rules and current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the right to:
4.6 Require Participants to comply with the Rules of the Event;
4.6.1 To refuse the Participant further participation in the Event;
4.7 The Organizer is obliged to:
4.7.1 Observe the Rules of the Event;
4.8 The Organizer reserves the right to reject the received application with an explanation of the reasons at the request of the person who submitted the application, and not to take into account those applications that violate these Rules.
5. The procedure for using personal data
5.1 The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with this section of the Rules on the basis of and for the purpose of executing the agreement on participation in the Event concluded as a result of the participant's acceptance of these Rules.
5.2 Processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data of Participants is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
5.3 Personal data is processed in order to fulfill the agreement on participation in the Event, in particular:
5.3.1 Establishing feedback with the Personal Data Subject, including sending notifications, requests regarding participation in the Event, as well as other information about the Event, including about the Event's partners
5.4 List of personal data provided by the Participant and processed by the Organizer: e-mail address. In relation to the winners of the Contests, depending on the agreed method of transfer of the award, additional data necessary for the transfer of the award may also be processed.
5.5 The Organizer guarantees that the personal data of the Participants will be used exclusively by the Organizer or persons authorized by him acting on the basis of confidentiality agreements in connection with this Event, and will not be provided to any third parties.
5.6 The Organizer processes personal data during the Event period.
6. Final provisions
6.1 By participating in the Event, the participant agrees to the User Agreement posted on the Internet at: https://career.habr.com/info/legal/agreement.
