Никакой юридической силы эти абзацы не имеют, поскольку невозможно вступить в договор только одной договаривающейся стороне. Сайт smallprint.netzoo.net/reag призывает бороться вообще со всеми навязанными ЛСКП (EULA) путём их высмеивания и рассылкой противовесных соглашений, подчёркивающих абсурдность такой практики. Дополнив текст такого анти-соглашения с вышеупомянотого сайта, я получил своё собственное, которым и делюсь.
