Нормальный кирпич обжигается в печи, а это огромные затраты энергии.
Я не думаю, что нужно обжигать весь каркас или всю ширину стены. ИМХО легче наладить именно производство кирпичей.
Для этого линзу Френеля можно слегка согнуть, чтобы солнечный фокус был не точкой, а линией как раз с ширину одного кирпича. Линзу взять такую, чтобы песок плавился по всей ширине этой полоски. И этой полоской утюжим туда-сюда кирпич, добавляя песок — всё как на видео.
