Open-source будет под некоммерческой лицензией. Только официальная дистрибуция, обещают снабжать комплектующими.

Оптические заводы врядли будут делать штучные заказы. Но если ребята будут аутсорсить в китай то есть вероятность вскоре увидеть эти линзы на aliexpress :)
Так происходит далеко не всегда, СБ в моем случае работает уже с десяток лет, случай трехлетней давности, да и по меньшим нарушениям там регулярно прессуют людей.
Я сомневаюсь, что МС пустила бы на самотек такой момент, особенно учитывая должность Алексея. Запах плохой, вобщем.

У меня личный опыт обратно пропорциональный. На моем предыдущем месте работы был случай слива, спаленый в этот же день, с результатом в виде уголовного дела.
