Все это хорошо, но лучше принять 100 писем спама, чем пропустить одно важное письмо. Не все сервера корректно и, с того же IP, делают повторную отправку. Так что прием письма, которое ждет ваш шеф, может растянуться на часы.
Не забываем про whitelist'ы и периодически их наполняем.
