есть geexbox, но вроде он кроме оболочки и mplaer он ни чего не сожержит....в вики про ТВкарты написано что-то...может и можно приктутить

Есть ещё замечательное русское решение Acronis LiveMedia, но проблема, что это чисто OEM-ПО для ноутбуков марки RoverBook. Свободно не распространяется…
