Tutorial. Deploying Django project to Heroku and storing static content on AWS S3: basic scenario from start to finish

I have originally chosen a finicky way of highlighting strings that needed to be replaced with user defined ones. Which in turn lead to errors in text and possible misunderstandings. This is fixed now.
