I'm a Genomic Applications Scientist at Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
I've had postdoctoral training from CS departments at Princeton University and Johns Hopkins University.
I hold a (summa cum laude) B.S. and M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science form ITMO University, and a PhD in Mathematics from the George Washington University. I've spent a year at the Computer Science department at Princeton University as a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Raphael, before moving to the JHU.
I'm interested in algorithms, complexity, software, data analysis, bioinformatics, computational biology (rearrangements, structural variations, assembly, cancer, etc), combinatorics, graph theory, and much-much more.
