Apparently the premoderation is out-of-control on this site, not transparent nor professional.

There is no way to know why one was approved by and why the other was quietly deleted and not approved. No feedback whatsoever. It's like some kind of a cruel jail where every single message is censored and reviewed by the jail authorities. This is so wrong on so many levels. Did I know that when I came in? No. So, at that point, why should I participate in this, invest my time and my knowledge to the environment whose owners and staff members clearly disrespect me and treat me like «guilty by default» here? No, «thank you,» I decided this is crossing the red line, I'm not to be mistreated this way: If you cannot and don't want to treat me properly, I have the right to instead spend my time at a place where I'm respected.

In short, Habrahabr is a good initial promise, bad implementation in practice.
