In August 2011, Andrey Isupov and Maxim Anisimov founded a company under the unusual name Kiparis (‘Cypress’). In the same year, the manufacturer released its first 3D printer called GenX and already started the development of the renowned Designer X.

So, last summer, PICASO 3D celebrated its 10 years anniversary. This is how the founders describe their experience:

“After 10 years, we have kept our flagship [Designer X] and continue to improve it in order to compete with products such as the Raise3D Pro3 and Ultimaker S5.

Our main wealth is people: the team — at first, only a few people — now more than 50; users — those who believed in the possibilities of 3D printing 10 years ago and continue to believe and print every day; partners and colleagues, without whom it would’ve been very difficult to achieve what we’ve achieved.
