А можно более развёрнуто? Как именно «36 портов» будут подключаться? К чему? Как это всё поддерживается в софте?
До 36 портов — это свитч. Более того, в семействе есть вариант без PCIe:

* FM10064 — System Interface NA; 36 x 10G, 24 x 25G или 6 x 100G
Варианты с PCIe — это свитч + несколько сетевых карт (до 4 или 8?) в одном чипе, интересное решение:
* FM10840 — 4 x (PCIe3 8x) или 8 x (PCIe3 4x); 36 x 10G, 24 x 25G или 6 x 100G
Этот вариант больше похож на 2 портовую 100G сетевую карту:
* FM10420 — 2 x (PCIe3 8x) или 4 x (PCIe3 4x); 8 x 10G, 8 x 25G или 2 x 100G
