Chinese 3D printer manufacturer (headquartered in San Diego) UNIZ known for its high-speed resin 3D printers, announced its new incredibly fast dental device.
This is the UNIZ NBEE, and this device offers high levels of accuracy and is very reliable on top of its impressive speed. The device targets the dental field and offers a build volume of 192 × 120 × 180 mm, allowing it to print various-sized dental products: from aligners to surgical guards.
The main selling point of the machine is its speed: at 280 mm/h it’s the fastest device offered by UNIZ. It allows the machine to print 6 average-sized dental models in just 5 minutes. The UNIZ Dental software is also a fast slicer.
The NBEE 3D printer
UNIZ NBEE is designed to be a durable, reliable and high quality machine. It utilizes the proprietary High Uniformity Collimate Light Engine that achieves high levels of light uniformity. The resolution over the XY-axes is also impressive at 50 microns.
A more durable film solution reduces the amount of maintenance since it can work with 55 liters of resin before even needing to be replaced. An active temperature solution allows for needed levels of viscosity, while the liquid cooling system makes the LCD screen last longer without compromising speed and quality.
The device can also work with a wide range of supported materials and these include an FDA-approved line of dental resins developed by UNIZ.
