Не работает в win10 https://github.com/desktop/desktop/issues/2579#issuecomment-868779864.
Спасибо, даже прочитал, что можно запускать ssh как службу (и она установлена, но выключатеся), а можно установить вместе с git (ведь Github Desktop x64 не имеет терминала).
