This List of Content Creation Services (hereinafter referred to as the "List") sets the list, composition and characteristics of the Content creation services provided by the Contractor and the results thereof.

1. General Provisions

1.1 This List shall be a constituent and integral part of the documents referring to it, including:

1.1.1 Rules for Content Creation Services published and/or available on the Internet at: https://habr.com/ru/docs/docs/content-rules/ and Agreements concluded by and between the Contractor and the Customer in the manner provided for by these Rules (by the Customer’s payment under the Proforma Invoice).

1.1.2 Agreements concluded by and between the Contractor and the Customer as deeds (the main text of the agreement, annexes (specifications), other supplements) containing a link hereto and signed by both Parties with a handwritten or electronic signatures.

1.2 The services specified in this List are subject to the Terms of Content Creation Services published and/or available on the Internet at: https://habr.com/ru/docs/docs/content-legal/.

1.3 Unless this List expressly specifies other term meaning, the terms herein shall have the meanings provided for in the Agreement. Where this List does not provide for an unambiguous interpretation or definition of a term, such term shall be interpreted as defined, primarily, by the documents constituting the Agreement between the Parties, secondly, by the Russian Federation laws, and subsequently, by the good business practices and scientific doctrine.

2. Survey

2.1 The “Survey” service shall include:

2.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Survey” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

2.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

2.2 Content in the "Survey" format is a publication for the Customer’s blog on a Website, containing 10–15 interactive questions, and more than 2 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Quotation, the Content shall be created by one author.

2.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Twenty-One (21) days.

3. Partner Publication (Standard) 

3.1 The “Partner publication (Standard)” service shall include:

3.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Partner publication (Standard)” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

3.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

3.2 Content in the “Partner publication (Standard)" format is a publication for the Customer’s blog on a Website, containing text of 7,000-10,000 characters, and 3-5 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Creative Offer/Quotation, the Content shall be created by one author, photographic report is not provided for, and may contain no more than Three (3) interviews.

3.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

4. Partner Publication (Extended)

4.1 The “Partner publication (Extended)” service shall include:

4.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Partner publication (Extended)” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

Creation of a task for the Content development in the producer - experts / authors work group (author's brief / thesis plan)

4.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

4.2 Content in the "Partner publication (Extended)" format is a publication for the Customer’s blog on a Website, containing text of 7,000-10,000 characters, and at least 5 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Creative Offer/Quotation, the Content shall be created by several authors, and may contain more than Three (3) interviews and a photographic report.

4.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

5. Partner Publication (Light) 

5.1 The “Partner publication (Light)” service shall include:

5.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Partner publication (Light)” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

5.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

5.2 Content in the “Partner publication (Light)" format is a publication for the Customer’s blog on a Website, containing text of 5,000-7,000. Unless otherwise provided for by the Creative Offer/Quotation, the Content shall be created by one author, photographic report and illustrations is not provided for, and may contain One (1) interview.

5.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

6. Combo

6.1 The "Combo" service is a combination of services, that may include the following services: "Survey", "Partner publication (Standard/Extended/Light)" and others. The composition of the "Combo" service shall be specified by the Agreement.

6.2 The Standard Scope of the service shall be determined by the Standard Scopes of the services it consists of.

6.3 The Standard Period of the service rendering shall be determined as the sum of the Standard Periods of the services it consists of.

7. Blog Article

7.1 The “Blog Article” service shall include:

7.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Blog Article” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

7.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

7.2 Content in the "Blog Article" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website. The minimum text length and number of illustrations is not specified.

7.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Three (3) week.

8. Test (1 scenario) 

8.1 The “Test (1 scenario)” service shall include:

8.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Test (1 scenario)” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

8.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

8.2 Content in the "Test (1 scenario)" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website, containing an interactive test with one scenario made of 7 to 13 questions and 4 to 13 illustrations.

8.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

9. Test (2 scenarios)

9.1 The “Test (2 scenarios)” service shall include

9.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Test (2 scenarios)” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

9.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

9.2 Content in the "Test (2 scenarios)" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website, containing an interactive test with two scenarios made of 7 to 13 questions each and a total of 4 to 13 illustrations in a test.

9.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

10. Stories

10.1 The “Stories” service shall include:

10.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Stories” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

10.1.2 Placement of the Content on the Website for the term set forth by the Agreement.

10.1.3 Project support during the Standard Period.

10.2 Content in the “Stories" format is a set of up to Ten (10) images united by one topic intended for publication on the Website.

10.3 The Standard Period for the services provision (until placement) shall be One (1) week.

11. IT professional’s roadmap

11.1 The “IT professional’s roadmap” service shall include:

11.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “IT professional’s roadmap” format within the following scope (Standard Scope)

11.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

11.2 Content in the “IT professional’s roadmap" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website, an illustration in the form of a chart made of 20-30 info blocks and a text description of 7,000-20,000 characters.

11.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

12. Comic Strip:

12.1 The “Comic Strip:” service shall include:

12.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Comic Strip:” format within the following scope (Standard Scope)

12.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

12.2 Content in the “Comic Strip" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website, containing graphic images in the comics strip form. The number of illustrations shall be agreed upon in the Agreement.

12.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

13. Devlogs

13.1 The “Devlogs” service shall include:

13.1.1 Creation of the Content in the “Devlogs” format within the following scope (Standard Scope)

13.1.2 Project support during the Standard Period.

13.2 Content in the "Devlogs" format is a series of Six (6) posts for the Customer's blog on the Website. The maximum text volume is 1,500 characters per post, the number of illustrations is 1 per post. The recommended posting schedule for the Customer's Blog posts is at least once every 10 business days with the same interval.

13.3 The Standard Period for the services provision shall be 3 (three) weeks, not counting the intervals.

14. Additional Services for the Development of Content beyond the Standard Scope

14.1 Additional services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope shall be rendered upon the Customer’s request and/or consent, if the Standard scope is not enough.

14.2 The Contractor shall be obliged to notify the Customer on any action going beyond the Standard Scope and that it will be carried out as part of additional services.

14.3 Additional Services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope shall be rendered only subject to the Customer’s express consent to the rendering thereof provided in response to the Contractor’s notice specified in Clause 14.2 above.

14.4 Should the additional services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope be rendered, the Standard Period of the relevant service shall be extended by the period of the additional services.

15. Additional Services for the Project Support beyond the Standard Period

15.1 Additional services for the Project support beyond the Standard Period shall be rendered if the Project was not implemented within the Standard Period due to the reasons falling within the Customer's responsibility (e.g., the Customer failing to timely provide information, materials and approvals).

15.2 Additional services for the Project support shall include the Contractor’s administrative actions required to keep the Project up to date beyond the Standard Period, including, but not limited to, regular notification of the Customer on the certain actions it has to perform (provide information, materials, approve the intermediate deliverables of the Services), as well as to maintain the Contractor's readiness to continue work on the Project.

15.3 If the Project was not implemented within the Standard Period due to the reasons falling within the Customer's responsibility, the Contractor shall provide at least Ten (10) calendar days’ prior notice on the end of the Standard Period and the commencement of the Additional Services for the Project support to the Customer.

15.4 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that additional services for the Project support beyond the Standard Period are an integral part of the Project implementation services and are to be provided by the Contractor without any additional confirmation from the Customer.

16. Final Provisions

16.1 This List shall become effective upon its publishing at the specified Internet address and shall remain in force until the Contractor cancels it.

16.2 The Contractor reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the List at any time at its discretion. The Customer shall be informed of the amendment or cancellation of the List by a relevant notice sent to the email address specified by the Customer at the signing or during the performance of the Agreement.

16.3 Should the List be canceled or amended, such amendments or cancellation shall become effective upon notification of the Customer thereof, unless any other effective date is specified in the List or the notice provided.
