List of Content Creation Services

This List of Content Creation Services (hereinafter referred to as the "List") sets the list, composition and characteristics of the Content creation services provided by the Contractor and the results thereof.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This List shall be a constituent and integral part of the documents referring to it, including:

1.1.1. Rules for Content Creation Services published and/or available on the Internet at: https://habr.com/ru/docs/docs/content-rules/ and Agreements concluded by and between the Contractor and the Customer in the manner provided for by these Rules (by the Customer’s payment under the Proforma Invoice).

1.1.2. Agreements concluded by and between the Contractor and the Customer as deeds (the main text of the agreement, annexes (specifications), other supplements) containing a link hereto and signed by both Parties with a handwritten or electronic signatures.

1.2. The services specified in this List are subject to the Terms of Content Creation Services published and/or available on the Internet at: https://habr.com/ru/docs/docs/content-legal/.

1.3. Unless this List expressly specifies other term meaning, the terms herein shall have the meanings provided for in the Agreement. Where this List does not provide for an unambiguous interpretation or definition of a term, such term shall be interpreted as defined, primarily, by the documents constituting the Agreement between the Parties, secondly, by the Russian Federation laws, and subsequently, by the good business practices and scientific doctrine.

2. Creative Offer (CO)

2.1. The CO shall include:

3.
Survey

3.1. The “Survey” service shall include:

3.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Survey” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

3.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

3.2. Content in the "Survey" format is a publication on a separate Website page containing 10–15 interactive questions, and more than 2 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Quotation, the Content shall be created by one author.

3.3. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Twenty-One (21) days after the payment.

4. Standard Megapost

4.1. The “Standard Megapost” service shall include:

4.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Standard Megapost” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

4.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

4.2. Content in the “Standard Megapost" format is a publication on a separate Website page, containing text of 7,000-10,000 characters, and 3-5 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Quotation, the Content shall be created by one author, photographic report is not provided for.

4.3. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

5. Extended Megapost

5.1. The “Extended Megapost” service shall include:

5.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Extended Megapost” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

5.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

5.2. Content in the "Extended Megapost" format is a publication on a separate Website page, containing text of 7,000-10,000 characters, and at least 5 illustrations. Unless otherwise provided for by the Quotation, the Content shall be created by several authors, and shall contain more than Three (3) interviews and a photographic report.

5.3. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

6. Vidcast

6.1. The “Vidcast” service shall include:

6.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Vidcast” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

6.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

6.2. Content in the "Vidcast" format is an Internet video broadcast with the participation of a Customer representative. The video broadcast shall be aired with the following participants: a Customer representative as a speaker, a Contractor representative as the host, a representative of the Website (Habr) community. Maximum duration: 1 hour The video shall be broadcasted in the Internet in Habr social medias: Vk, Telegram, Yandex Zen, the audio version shall be also published on the Habr podcast pages on: Google Podcast, Apple Podcast, SoundCloud, Yandex Podcasts.

6.3. The Customer shall ensure participation of its representative (speaker) in the Vidcast in accordance with the approved concept. Should the Vidcast not be held due to the absence of the Customer representative (speaker) or the Vidcast content differ from the approved concept due to the fault of the Customer representative (speaker), the services shall be considered dully rendered by the Contractor and payable in full.

6.4. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Twenty-One (21) days. The exact dates and time of the broadcast shall be approved by the Parties in working order.

7. Combo

7.1. The "Combo" service is a combination of services, that may include the following services: "Survey", "Standard Megapost", "Extended Megapost", "Vidcast". The composition of the "Combo" service shall be specified by the Quotation and/or an Appendix to the Agreement.

7.2. The Standard Scope of the service shall be determined by the Standard Scopes of the services it consists of.

7.3. The Standard Period of the service rendering shall be determined as the sum of the Standard Periods of the services it consists of.

8. Review

8.1. The “Review” service shall include:

8.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Review” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

Managing Editor’s work: checking whether the topic is well covered, the structure, factual information, style and lexicon used

8.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

8.2. Content in the "Review" format is a review of the Customer's publication in the form of a list of recommended changes for the publication and/or in the form of a publication with the changes made by the Contractor.

8.3. The service shall not include analysis of implementation of the given recommendations, such analysis shall be provided as a separate service named "Review”.

8.4. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) week.

9. Rewrite

9.1. The “Rewrite” service shall include:

9.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Rewrite” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

9.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

9.2. Content in the "Rewrite" format is the publication text created by revision (rewriting) of the text of the publication provided by the Customer.

9.3. The second and subsequent iterations of amendments to the Content shall be made only as part of a separate service named “Rewrite”.

9.4. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Two(2) weeks.

10. Blog Post

10.1. The “Blog Post” service shall include:

10.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Blog Post” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

10.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

10.2. Content in the "Blog Post" format is a publication for the Customer's blog on the Website. The minimum text length and number of illustrations is not specified.

10.3. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be Three (3) week.

11. Megatest

11.1. The “Megatest” service shall include:

11.1.1. Creation of the Content in the “Megatest” format within the following scope (Standard Scope):

11.1.2.
Project support during the Standard Period.

11.2. Content in the "Megatest" format is a publication on a separate Website page containing an interactive test made of 7 to 13 questions and 4 to 13 illustrations.

11.3. The Standard Period for the services provision shall be One (1) month.

12. Additional Services for the Development of Content beyond the Standard Scope

12.1. Additional services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope shall be rendered upon the Customer’s request and/or consent, if the Standard scope is not enough.

12.2. The Contractor shall be obliged to notify the Customer on any action going beyond the Standard Scope and that it will be carried out as part of additional services.

12.3. Additional Services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope shall be rendered only subject to the Customer’s express consent to the rendering thereof provided in response to the Contractor’s notice specified in Clause 7.2 above.

12.4. Should the additional services for the development of Content beyond the Standard Scope be rendered, the Standard Period of the relevant service shall be extended by the period of the additional services.

13. Additional Services for the Project Support beyond the Standard Period

13.1. Additional services for the Project support beyond the Standard Period shall be rendered if the Project was not implemented within the Standard Period due to the reasons falling within the Customer's responsibility (e.g., the Customer failing to timely provide information, materials and approvals).

13.2. Additional services for the Project support shall include the Contractor’s administrative actions required to keep the Project up to date beyond the Standard Period, including, but not limited to, regular notification of the Customer on the certain actions it has to perform (provide information, materials, approve the intermediate deliverables of the Services), as well as to maintain the Contractor's readiness to continue work on the Project.

13.3. If the Project was not implemented within the Standard Period due to the reasons falling within the Customer's responsibility, the Contractor shall provide at least Ten (10) calendar days’ prior notice on the end of the Standard Period and the commencement of the Additional Services for the Project support to the Customer.

13.4. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that additional services for the Project support beyond the Standard Period are an integral part of the Project implementation services and are to be provided by the Contractor without any additional confirmation from the Customer.

14. Final Provisions

14.1. This List shall become effective upon its publishing at the specified Internet address and shall remain in force until the Contractor cancels it.

14.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the List at any time at its discretion. The Customer shall be informed of the amendment or cancellation of the List by a relevant notice sent to the email address specified by the Customer at the signing or during the performance of the Agreement.

14.3. Should the List be canceled or amended, such amendments or cancellation shall become effective upon notification of the Customer thereof, unless any other effective date is specified in the List or the notice provided.
