By submitting an application in the manner established by these Rules, a participant in the event "How to manage anxiety in a career" on Habr Career accepts the terms of these Rules in full.

Requirements for Event participants, rights and obligations of participants and the Organizer.

4.1 Requirements for Event participants apply to participants in activities within the framework of the Event. 4.2 Participants of the Event may be adults, legally capable individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens.

4.3 Participant of the Event has the right to:

4.3.1 Familiarize themselves with the Rules for holding the Event;

4.3.2 Familiarize themselves with information about the results of the Event;

4.4 Participant of the Event is obliged to comply with the Rules for holding the Event;

4.5 The Organizer of the Event enjoys all the rights provided for by these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the right to:

4.6.1 Refuse the Participant further participation in the Event;

4.7 The Organizer is obliged to:

4.7.1 Comply with the Rules for holding the Event;

4.8 The Organizer reserves the right to reject the received application with an explanation of the reasons at the request of the person who submitted the application, and not to consider those applications that violate these Rules.

Procedure for the use of personal data

5.1 By submitting an application for participation in the Event, the Participant gives consent to the Organizer to process their personal data in accordance with this section of the Rules.

5.2 Processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), including transfer to the territory of foreign states, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data of Participants is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". 5.3.1 Establishing feedback with the Subject of personal data, including sending notifications and requests regarding participation in the Event.

5.4 List of personal data provided by the Participant and processed by the Organizer: email address. In relation to the winners of the Competitions, depending on the agreed method of transferring the prize, additional data necessary for the transfer of the prize may also be processed.

5.5 The Organizer guarantees that the personal data of the Participants will be used exclusively by the Organizer or persons authorized by it, acting on the basis of non-disclosure agreements in connection with this Event, and will not be provided to any third parties.

5.6 The Organizer processes personal data during the Event.

5.7 The Participant's consent to the storage and processing of personal data is given by the Participant for the duration of the Event and five years after its completion and may be revoked by the Participant at any time by written notice sent to the Organizer by registered mail.
